OHIOPYLE STATE PARK, PA
A park that holds a little bit of everything. If you're looking to hike, fish, swim, raft, or camp, you have to check out Ohiopyle State Park. The swiss army knife of nature.
CUMBERLAND FALLS
Visit this iconic waterfall. It is easily accessible from the Cucumber Falls Trail. You can follow the fall as it leads out into the Youghiogheny River. On a map, this is where the Cucumber Falls Trail turns to the Great Gorge Trail. At this junction, take a seat, and you can enjoy a view of the river and the waterfall.
NATURAL WATER SLIDES
Who needs a waterpark when we have this? The natural water slides can turn any old day of hiking into a campfire story we look forward to sharing with our family and friends.

Trek along the Youghiogheny River until the Great Gorge Trail meets the Meadow Run Trail. You'll find your adventure there. The slides are at their best during late spring and early summer. This is when the water is not too slow and not too fast.

Black Bear
The 'garbage can' of the forest. Black bears exist in the park. Keep your distance if you see one and make a lot of noise if a bear gets too close.
